Community Peer Group (CPG) is a group of peers who come together to empower community members and provide support in identifying individual and community needs.

Our Vision

CPG strives for a community in which each person is empowered and treated equally with understanding and acceptance of their unique differences. Individuals will be valued and treated with dignity regardless of race, religion, gender, disability, or history.

Our Values

CPG sees the value of all human diversity, no matter what form it takes. We view each person as unique and deserving of equality in all aspects of life.

Our Goals

We seek to:

1. Engage with individuals in need of support and provide connections and follow up to available services.

2. Advocate within the community for disadvantaged individuals in all aspects of life.

3. Identify community needs and advocate for those needs to be met.
